Return and Refund Policy
Refusal to Receive or Decline to Pick Up
Any return of an item due to refusal or non-receipt or long absence will be considered a return for the customer's convenience, and the shipping and handling charges incurred by the store will be billed to the customer.
If you wish to have your package re-delivered, a re-delivery fee will be added to the above-mentioned shipping and handling charges. If you are unable to pay the shipping and handling fee, we regret to inform you that we may restrict your payment method.
Incorrect shipping address
In the event that an order is returned to our warehouse because the registered shipping address is out of date, we will charge you for the shipping and return fees incurred.

Conditions for accepting returns/exchanges
