Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer international shipping to the United States. Please note that certain areas (e.g., remote islands or military bases) may incur additional shipping fees or may not be eligible for delivery.

2. Product Handling
Our store offers a wide range of products, including large items such as automatic mahjong tables. Due to the nature and size of such items, special handling and shipping conditions apply, which may differ from standard items.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
All products are shipped from Japan. We use major international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or Japan Post, depending on the size of the item and the destination. The most suitable carrier will be selected for each order.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Standard products are typically shipped within 5–10 business days of your order.
However, large items (e.g., mahjong tables) may take approximately 3–4 weeks for delivery due to customs clearance and international logistics.

5. Shipping Fees
All product prices include standard shipping fees.
Please note, however, that in rare cases — such as deliveries to remote areas or unforeseen logistics issues — additional charges may apply. If this occurs, we will contact you in advance to obtain your confirmation before proceeding.

6. Duties and Taxes
All duties and import taxes are included in the product price.
However, depending on changes in local tax regulations or customs procedures, additional charges may occasionally apply. While we will do our best to assist in such cases, the final responsibility may rest with the customer.

7. Order Tracking
Most products will include a tracking number, which will be provided via email once the item ships.
Please note that some large items (e.g., mahjong tables) may not be trackable. In such cases, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date instead.
Tracking availability will vary by product.

8. Important Notes
 - We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address input. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of order.
 - Large items are delivered to the doorstep only. In-room installation or setup is not included.
 - If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Providing photos of the damage will help us resolve the issue more efficiently.
